[Action May Be Required] Flux Update Notification (September 2026)

We are planning to upgrade Flux to version v2.9 during the cluster maintenance scheduled for September 2026.

As part of this update, the following deprecated Flux API versions will no longer be supported. Users currently using these APIs should update their implementations to the latest API versions.

Additionally, the following breaking changes will be introduced:

The default Helm post-render strategy will be changed from nohooks to combined.
GCR Receivers will require the email and audience fields in their referenced Secret.
